Salvation

Romans 10:9-10 NIV That if you confess with your mouth, "Jesus is Lord," and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. 10 For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you confess and are saved.

Salvation is a spiritual event that happens when you cross over from spiritual darkness to the light. Your whole life has been a journey leading you up to this point, but receiving Christ as Lord and Savior is instant. This involves confessing Jesus as Lord and believing that God raised Him from the dead.

Are you ready to do this and receive Jesus Christ as your Savior?

Say this simple prayer after me:

• Dear Lord . . .

• Thank You for Your love . . .

• And dying on the cross . . .

• for my sins . . .

• I know I’m a sinner . . .

• but forgive me . . .

• I believe that Jesus rose from the dead . . .

• and now I want Jesus to be my Lord . . .

• I pray this in Jesus name . . .

• AMEN
