Our strategy is to partner with local churches to reach out to their communities. This enables the local church to accept outreach opportunities that otherwise might have been out of reach. We work with churches in the SoCal Network and especially in the Central Valley of California.
We conduct face painting training workshops to equip teams to touch people with the gospel of Christ. Single session (5 hours on Saturday) and three week night sessions (1 1/2 hour workshop) options are available. These are not arts and craft classes, but event evangelism workshops.
This web site, the Face Painting for Outreach manual and other materials are provided to lay a foundation for an effective evangelistic effort in your community.
If your town has a festival where sharing the Gospel would be effective, in addition to your own trained face painters, we may be able to recruit help from other church teams we have trained who are eager to share the love of God.
In any community, there are dozens, scores, maybe hundreds of face painters and balloon twisters. Most work alone at small venues such as birthday parties, school parties, school carnivals, civic events, family reunions, etc. We train and resource church-based ministries to use face painting, prayer, balloon twisting and more as evangelistic tools to employ at outreach events and community festivals. This is NOT a children's ministry... it is an evangelistic ministry.
